How often should I use the products?
Our products have been developed for regular use and integrate perfectly into your daily haircare routine. For optimal results, we recommend continuous use.
What hair types are the products suitable for?
Root Forge was specially developed for curly and afro-textured hair – and is particularly effective for curl types 2C to 4C.
Our products are ideal for:
- Wavy to very curly hair (type 2C–3C) prone to frizz, dryness, and loss of volume
- Afro-textured hair (type 4A–4C) that needs intensive moisture and strengthening
- Hair damaged by heat, bleaching, braids, or extensions
- Sensitive scalps with product buildup, dandruff, or weakened roots
- Natural hair on a Natural Hair Journey, leaving chemical treatments behind
Also suitable for fine curly hair – thanks to the light, non-weighing down formula.
Can I combine the products?
Yes, our products complement each other perfectly and were developed to form a complete hair and scalp care routine when used together.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs a flat rate of €5.99.
For orders over €89, we ship your order completely free of charge.
How long does shipping take?
We know how important fast and secure deliveries are. That's why your order within Germany is carefully packaged and shipped insured, so it arrives safely at your doorstep. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, so you can hold your desired products in your hands soon.
Do you also ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Germany. However, we are working on expanding our shipping in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to track your package online at any time.
